Worldwide Shipping

The London Stitch proudly offers worldwide shipping on all orders at no additional cost. Orders are typically processed and shipped after payment has been successfully cleared.

Estimated shipping time: 7–9 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and product details.

If you experience any delay or do not receive your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer support team through our official email address for assistance.

Please note that any applicable customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Important Notice

Shipping delays may occur due to:

  • Temporary fabric or material shortages

  • Pandemic-related disruptions

  • Deliveries to remote countries, regions, or cities

  • Customs clearance procedures

Expedited Shipping

Customers who require faster delivery may choose our expedited shipping option for an additional fee of $35.

Estimated delivery time: 8–10 business days from order processing to final delivery.

Tracking information and shipping details will be emailed as soon as your order is dispatched.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you may contact us by email to authorize a neighbor or another designated person to receive the package on your behalf.

Shipping Requirements

To avoid delays and ensure successful delivery, customers must provide:

  • A complete and accurate shipping address

  • A valid contact number

Please note that we do not ship to PO Box addresses or APO/FPO locations.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, customers will receive an order confirmation email along with a copy of their invoice.

If you do not receive an order confirmation, your purchase may not have been completed successfully due to a technical issue. In such cases, the order will not be processed or shipped.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Orders

If an order cannot be tracked or is not received within the estimated delivery period, London Stitch will investigate the issue and may offer:

  • A replacement product, where applicable

If you receive a damaged item, please notify us via email within 7 business days of the delivery date and provide relevant details or photographs of the damage.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery generally takes 2–5 business days, depending on the destination and courier service.

Customers will receive an email containing their tracking number and shipping information once the shipment is dispatched.
